Our mission

Our organization works with and for children in UK, Romania, and abroad, with the aim of mobilizing the authorities to achieve better judicial cooperation and to create cross-border networks of specialists who share the same values.

The purpose of the Association is to create working groups with professionals from the legal field and related fields, in the UK, Romania, and the member states of the European Union, in order to develop procedural proposals to improve justice for minors.

Also, Justice for Minors International offers assistance to children and families facing social situations resulting from migration. We organize and coordinate the resolution of cross-border family law cases, international abductions, and requests for the relocation of minors to other states.

Parents have the opportunity with us to reach a solution regarding the separation or establishment of the child's domicile and the visits of the other parent, respecting the rights but also the best interest of their child.

We propose to change the procedure for the administration of evidence through derogatory commissions at the community level in the sense of the electronic transmission of evidence and direct communication between the magistrates involved in the case with the aim of carrying out a more edifying social investigation for the resolution of the case and within a term that corresponds to the principle of speed .
